You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. 41jili employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and automated fraud detection systems. However, 41jili cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 41jili support immediately. 41jili may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
All deposits to your 41jili account must be made using payment methods approved by 41jili. Currently accepted deposit methods for Philippine players include:

41jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 41jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 41jili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 41jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
